Recently we celebrated Riley’s 1st year anniversary at Novum!
His outgoing and confident nature have been a welcome addition to the team, it’s been a fun journey watching Riley grow!
Looking back on the past year, Riley has had a varied workload, with no two days being the same. Working on Genesis Christian College project has been a highlight, seeing the progress and fruits of his labour come to life.
The site visits to Ohana College have also been rewarding, along with other proposals that he has assisted with. Riley’s creativity, design thinking and eye for detail have stood out over the past year while working on client presentations and marketing materials.
Riley has shared what he enjoys most about Novum is the people and culture. The support and availability of his colleagues has been second to none, having exposure to a diverse range of elements on the projects he’s worked on. Riley said he feels valued and supported, and that he’s found his “forever place” here at Novum.
Riley also mentioned how having Steve Riddle (Novum's in-house Leadership Coach and advisor to the Board) as a coach has changed the way he approaches his career, encouraging him to be ultra focused and to take it more seriously. It’s fantastic to see the positive impact that our leaders and coaches can have on our team members.
We’re thrilled to have Riley as part of the Novum team and we look forward to seeing what he’ll accomplish in the years to come. Congratulations on your first year with us, Riley!
