Recently we had the pleasure of raising a glass to Steve Riddle as he marked his fifth-year anniversary with us at Novum! In the heart of the city, we dined at the cosy Walter’s Steakhouse - a true delight to the senses!
Steve has been an integral part of the Novum team since the early days. Initially meeting Novum's founders, Peter Boyce and Joel Ridings, as their leadership and business coach. His role has expanded to become a trusted advisor and leader in all aspects of governance, strategic planning, people, and culture, playing a pivotal role in the development of our team structure, culture-centric ethos, and our collective success.
Steve regularly mentors and coaches all members of Novum's team, with a particular focus on teamwork, communication, accountability, leadership and team culture. He has genuinely transformed many of our professional and personal lives for the better, and has been highly influential in our growth as a thriving business.
Far more than a colleague, Steve is a valued friend to many at Novum. He is a trusted advisor and sounding board during times of challenge, and a voice of celebration and recognition in the good times. Steve’s genuine approach makes him a true team player.
