We are very proud of our colleague and recent QUT Master of Architecture graduate Megan Duffy for being awarded the prestigious Australian Institute of Architects QIA Memorial Medallion.
The QIA Memorial Medallion is awarded to two QUT students each year - one with the with the highest GPA in the Master of Architecture, and the other with the highest GPA in the last 2 years of the Bachelor of Design (Architectural Studies). The QIA Memorial Medallion was established in 1948 as an outside prize to commemorate the Queensland Institute of Architects (now known as the Australian Institute of Architects (AIA) Queensland Chapter).
This is one of the highest honours that recognises academic achievement for the tertiary study of Architecture in Queensland. Truly an outstanding achievement – well done Megan!
