As construction works near completion at Tec-NQ’s new student boarding accommodation and Hospitality Training Centre in Rosslea, Townsville, our team has been designing our second significant project with Tec-NQ – a much needed expansion of their learning areas at their Douglas campus.
The project involves temporary decommissioning of existing ground floor classrooms so that the roof can be removed, and a new second level built to accommodate new learning areas and links to the mezzanine level of the adjoining automotive trades training workshop.
Tec-NQ is a secondary school and a Registered Training Organisation all in one, offering full-time apprentice training, school-based apprentice programs and other trade training to school-aged students.
